RETURNS POLICY
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our store. We also reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Returns are only applicable for orders that incorrectly fulfilled by chilchilzari.online or if the item is damaged, in which case we will endeavour to replace the order.
Please note that one of the endearing aspects of hand block printed fabrics lies in the little imperfections that give them their soulful character. The variations in colour, the slight irregularities in the design, and the occasional smudges become part of the fabric's charm, showcasing the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered mistakes or flaws or damage.
Return Window
For domestic orders, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For international orders, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to honour any returns outside of the return period.
How To Return
To start a return, please contact us at chilzarichil@gmail.com as soon as possible to request for a return. Please attach a photo of the order you intend to return. If the item is damaged, please ensure the damage is clearly shown in your photo. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how to proceed, and the address to return the item to.
To Be Eligible For A Return
- Items must be in its original condition.
- Items must have the original tags still attached.
- Items must have no visible signs of wear or use, or damage apart from those photographed.
- Items must be folded neatly in the ChilChil tote bag and packed in the Return Bag provided.
We will not be able to accept returns for items that do not comply with the above.
Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are damaged, or if we sent the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at chilzarichil@gmail.com if the item is damaged or if we sent the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. However, please ensure you comply with the "To Be Eligible For A Return" guidelines.
Incorrect Orders From The Customer
Unfortunately, we do not replace incorrect orders from the customer; and we are unable to accept returns for incorrect orders.
Refunds
- Refunds are only given when exchange items are not available.
- No refund is offered for incorrect orders from customers.
- Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chilzarichil@gmail.com.
Shipping
Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
For international orders, please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own international shipping costs for returning your item. We will only bear the shipping cost to re-send an order to replace damaged or wrong items.
